14 days return policy
You can return your purchase within 14 days after receipt, provided it has not been worn or used ( note, this does not apply to dance poles. DVDs and grip powders/lotions/spray can only be exchanged with unopened seal! ). You will then receive the full purchase price including shipping costs back. If you return the item after 14 days, or if the item is worn or damaged, or is not in the original packaging, Danspalen.nl cannot accept the returned items and cannot refund your money. Clothing can only be returned if the original label/price tag has not been removed!
Damaged or defective products
Damaged or defective returned products will be examined by us first. You will receive your money back if the damage is the result of a production error or a deviation from the production specifications. We always refund the full amount for defective products.
If the problem is not caused by the quality of the material or the manufacturing process, then the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products that:
- Damage due to misuse or neglect (exposure to chemicals, caustics, open flames, extreme heat, sharp objects, etc.)
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear or when the reasonable lifespan of the product has expired will not be reimbursed.

Dance poles
Custom dance poles are custom made especially for you. This means that you cannot return them, except in the case of production errors.
Other dance poles can only be exchanged if they have not been used or set up and/or are still in the foil.

Return instructions for standard products (no dance poles and stages)
If you want to return a product, please follow these instructions:

In the case of clothing, please ensure that you pack the product in its original packaging including the original attached labels/price tags.

Please include a copy of the invoice and write the reason for return and the desired size if you wish to exchange the product.

Make sure the shipment is sufficiently franked, insufficient or unfranked shipments will not be accepted by us! Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense

Money back
We have no control over how long your return package is in transit, but once we receive your package, we will process it as soon as possible. Therefore, please allow at least 7 days for us to receive and process your return. Danspalen.nl will refund your money within 2 days after we have processed your return, but your bank or credit card company may need more time to process the transaction, which may result in longer time for the money to appear in your account. We will notify you by email when we have received and processed your returned product(s). We will refund the total amount of the product(s). The amount will be refunded via the same payment method that you used to pay for the original order. If you paid via credit card, we can only refund the amount via bank transfer.
